Join the REH Peer Network: Protect & Promote Rural Healthcare Together

The healthcare landscape is constantly evolving, particularly in rural areas where the transition to the REH designation preserves access to emergency services and outpatient care. The Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) invites hospital executives and administrators of REH-designated facilities to join our collaborative forum: The REH Peer Network.

Why Participate in the REH Peer Network?

Our REH Peer Network enables rural healthcare leaders to foster collaborations and exchange knowledge as they seek to elevate community health and preserve access to essential rural healthcare services. By participating, you will engage in a peer-driven network that emphasizes exchanging insights and fostering partnerships.

  • Expertise Sharing: Exchange knowledge with fellow professionals who understand the advantages and challenges of operating an REH.
  • Educational Advancement: Participate in educational symposiums and access resources tailored to rural healthcare’s challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic Resources: We offer expert consultations in strategic planning, marketing, compliance, legal support, alternative care pathways, health equity, and data analytics.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with peer-to-peer networking sessions that foster collaboration and idea exchange.
  • Personalized Assistance: One-on-one support services underpin a thriving healthcare system for your Rural Emergency Hospital.

A Legacy of Success

We believe that the best solutions for rural communities come from rural leaders — and we have the track record to prove that. Though our work primarily takes place behind the scenes, providing hospitals with strategic planning and technical assistance, we have had numerous successful collaborations that resulted in regional recognition and awards.

Meeting Schedule and Registration

The REH Peer Network meets on the third Tuesday of every month for shared learning and discussion. Educational symposiums are held on the first Tuesday of every month to provide in-depth learning of best practices in key focus areas such as compliance, strategic planning, behavioral health, and more.
